Looking for new fish, plants or aquarium supplies? The AKA convention will have a number of different ways for people to find new and exciting way to spice up your fishy life.

The AKA convention will feature a large vendors hall, with all sorts of exciting products!

Swap

On Saturday June 13th, from 11am-1pm the AKA convention will be hosting an aquarium swap! Hobbyists will have their opportunity to hawk their fishy wares. You never know what exciting fish and plants might turn up at these swaps! Convention Registrants get in free at 11:00! This swap will open to the public at 11:30 with a $5 cover charge.

Selling Tables are limited and will be $25 each. So be sure to sign up early if you have fun fishy things you want to sell! Attendees who pre-register to the AKA convention will get first dibs at getting swap tables, so be sure to pre-register if you want a better shot at selling! Sellers are limited to only selling fish, plants and other live stock. If you are interested in selling dry goods, consider getting a vender table.

Swap tables are now available to people who register to the convention. You can purchase you swap at the same time as you sign up for the convention on the registration page. If you have already registered for the convention, please use the registration add on form.

Swap tables will be 8ft x 2.5ft. Sellers will be limited to 1 table each. If you need a larger selling space, consider getting a vender table.

Auction

On Sunday, June 14th the AKA will be hosting an auction of fish and plants. With hundreds of fish and other items up for auction this will be a great opportunity to find rare fish or possibly get some great deals!

The first half of the auction will be all killifish! These will be the fish that were in the show, new & rare killifish brought in by the aka and any other killifish that are submitted by attendees for the auction.

The second half of the auction will be any kinds of fish, plants and other live stock submitted by local aquarists or other attendees to the convention.

There will be a limited number of seller spots at this auction. Attendees who pre-register for the convention get to sign up for the auction first! Sellers are limited to only selling fish, plants and other live stock. If you are interested in selling dry goods, consider getting a vender table.
